1. Booking Terms

Reservations & Payments

All flight bookings must be made through our website or customer service team. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved payment methods.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are subject to the airline's terms and conditions. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the specific airline's rules. Processing time may vary between 7-21 business days depending on your payment method and the airline's policy.

Booking Modifications

Changes to flight bookings are subject to airline policies and seat availability. Additional charges, fare differences, and amendment fees may apply. Modification requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before departure.

Travel Documentation

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and identification documents required for travel. Please verify entry requirements for your destination country well in advance of your departure date.

Liability

Myadventurecode acts solely as a booking platform, facilitating transactions between customers and airlines. We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service disruptions caused by the airlines or factors beyond our control.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, acts of terrorism, or labor strikes.

2. Additional Terms

Booking Confirmation

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is successful, you will receive an e-ticket and confirmation email within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to verify all details including names, dates, and flight times. Contact us immediately if any discrepancies are found.

Check-in & Boarding

Travelers must adhere to the airline's check-in deadlines and boarding times. Most airlines require check-in at least 2-3 hours before international flights and 1-2 hours before domestic flights. Failure to arrive on time may result in denied boarding, for which Myadventurecode will not be responsible.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and personal liability. Travel insurance can protect your investment and provide peace of mind.

Special Requests

Please submit any special assistance requests such as wheelchair support, dietary requirements, or traveling with infants at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before departure. Fulfillment of such requests is subject to airline approval and availability.

Taxes & Service Charges

All prices displayed include applicable government taxes, airport fees, and mandatory charges unless otherwise mentioned. Additional service charges or convenience fees, if applicable, will be clearly communicated during the booking process before payment.
